Step-byStep Training Exercises

Step-byStep Training Exercises

If you want to get good at something, you need to practice.

I recommend you do each of the exercises about 10 times each. Slowly at first, trying to get every part of the technique correct.

Remember - you are training to draw and shoot a loaded pistol. You are training for that once in a lifetime event that you hope never happens. Doing 10 repetitions is just a suggestion. In reality you will need hundreds. The great thing about indoor dry fire training is that you can do literally as many as you want to, from the comfort of your home.

  1. Clearing your pistol for training

2. Holstering

3. Basic Pistol Draw

4. Draw and Aim

5. Dynamic Draw and Side Check

6. Concealed Draw

7. Concealed Draw and Magazine Change

8. Draw with Unchambered

9. Basic Magazine Changes

10. Concealed Draw with Magazine Change
