This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform and related services, including SMS messaging services and third-party platform integrations. By using Subscriberly, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with these practices, please do not use our services. Information We Collect Personal Information We may collect the following types of personal information: Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address Account Information: Username, password, profile information Payment Information: Credit card details, billing address (processed securely via Stripe) Communication Preferences: SMS opt-in status, email preferences, notification settings Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, interaction patterns Phone Numbers and SMS Data When you provide your phone number and opt in to receive SMS messages, we collect: Your mobile phone number Your consent to receive SMS messages Date and time of opt-in Message delivery status and responses Opt-out requests Third-Party Platform Data When you connect third-party accounts to our platform, we collect and process data from those platforms as described below. Facebook (Meta) Data When you connect your Facebook account, we may collect: Your Facebook user ID and basic profile information (name, profile picture) Facebook Page information (page name, page ID, category, description, follower count, profile picture) Facebook Page access tokens (encrypted and stored securely) Reviews and recommendations posted to your Facebook Pages, including reviewer names, ratings, review text, and timestamps Facebook Page insights and performance analytics data Post engagement data (likes, comments, shares) for content published through our platform We use this Facebook data to: Display and manage your Facebook Page reviews alongside reviews from other platforms in a unified reputation dashboard Publish posts, event announcements, and content to your Facebook Pages on your behalf Provide analytics and insights about your Facebook Page performance Enable you to respond to Facebook reviews directly from our platform Google Data When you connect your Google account, we may collect: Your Google user ID and basic profile information Google Business Profile information (business name, address, phone, hours, categories) Google Business Profile reviews, including reviewer names, ratings, review text, and timestamps Google Business Profile performance insights and analytics Google Search Console data, including search analytics, indexing status, and sitemap information We use this Google data to: Display and manage your Google reviews alongside reviews from other platforms Respond to Google reviews on your behalf Publish posts and updates to your Google Business Profile Submit sitemaps and request page indexing via Google Search Console Provide search performance analytics TikTok Shop Data When you connect your TikTok Shop account, we may collect: Your TikTok Shop account information Product catalog data (product names, descriptions, prices, images) Shop performance data We use this TikTok Shop data to: Sync and display your products on your creator page within our platform Manage product listings How We Use Your Information We use the information we collect to: Provide and maintain our platform services Process transactions and send related information Send transactional SMS messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, updates) Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests Send promotional communications (with your consent) Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve our services Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and fraud Comply with legal obligations Manage third-party platform integrations and display consolidated data Publish content to connected third-party platforms on your behalf Provide unified analytics and reporting across connected platforms SMS Messaging Terms Consent By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Subscriberly and businesses using our platform. This consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Types of Messages You may receive the following types of SMS messages: Transactional Messages: Appointment confirmations, reminders, booking updates, order confirmations Account Messages: Password resets, security alerts, account notifications Promotional Messages: Special offers, event announcements, newsletters (only with explicit opt-in) Message Frequency Message frequency varies based on your interactions and preferences. Transactional messages are sent as needed based on your activity. Promotional messages, if opted in, are typically limited to 4-8 messages per month. Costs Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. Subscriberly does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may. Opting Out You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by: Replying STOP to any message Updating your preferences in your account settings Contacting us at support@subscriberly.ai After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again. Help For help with SMS messages, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@subscriberly.ai. Information Sharing We may share your information in the following circumstances: With Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including Twilio (SMS), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and OpenAI (content moderation and AI features). With Third-Party Platforms: When you connect third-party accounts (Facebook, Google, TikTok), data flows between our platform and those services as necessary to provide the integrated features you have enabled. This includes publishing content to your connected pages and retrieving reviews and analytics data. With Tenant Businesses: When you interact with a business using our platform, that business receives your relevant contact and transaction information. For Legal Purposes: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and safety. Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information, including phone numbers, to third parties for marketing purposes. Third-Party Platform Data Practices Facebook (Meta) Our use of Facebook data is governed by Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We only access data that you have explicitly authorized through the Facebook OAuth consent flow. We store Facebook Page access tokens in encrypted form and use them solely for the purposes described in this policy. You may revoke our access to your Facebook data at any time by: Disconnecting your Facebook account in your Subscriberly dashboard settings Removing Subscriberly from your Facebook account's connected apps at https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=applications Submitting a data deletion request (see Section 9 below) When you revoke access, we will delete your Facebook access tokens and cease accessing your Facebook data. Previously synced data (such as cached reviews) will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required for legal purposes. Google Our use of Google data is governed by Google's API Services User Data Policy. We only access data that you have explicitly authorized through the Google OAuth consent flow. You may revoke access at any time through your Subscriberly dashboard or your Google account settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. TikTok Our use of TikTok data is governed by TikTok's Developer Terms of Service. You may revoke access at any time through your Subscriberly dashboard. Data Security We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include: Encryption of data in transit and at rest Secure storage of third-party access tokens using encryption Regular security assessments Access controls and employee training Tenant-level data isolation to prevent cross-tenant data access Data Retention We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. SMS consent records are retained for a minimum of 4 years to comply with regulatory requirements. For third-party platform data: Access tokens are deleted immediately upon disconnection or revocation of access Synced reviews and analytics data are deleted within 30 days of disconnection Cached profile and page information is deleted within 30 days of disconnection Data Deletion and Your Rights Depending on your location, you may have the following rights: Access: Request a copy of your personal data Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data Opt-Out: Opt out of marketing communications and SMS messages Data Portability: Request a portable copy of your data To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@subscriberly.ai. Facebook Data Deletion In compliance with Meta's platform requirements, we support automated data deletion requests from Facebook. When you remove Subscriberly from your Facebook connected apps, Facebook sends us a data deletion callback. Upon receiving this request, we will: Delete your Facebook access tokens immediately Delete all Facebook-related data (page information, reviews, insights) within 30 days Provide a confirmation URL where you can check the status of your deletion request You may also request deletion of your Facebook data by contacting us directly at privacy@subscriberly.ai or by using the data deletion option in your Subscriberly account settings. Google Data Deletion When you disconnect your Google account from Subscriberly, we will delete your Google access tokens immediately and all synced Google data within 30 days. Children's Privacy Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately. International Data Transfers If you are accessing our services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
